Usage

The Usage section helps you track your AI credit balance and understand how credits are being consumed across different services.

Credit Balance

At the top of the page, you can view:

• Remaining AI Credits — Credits currently available for use.

• Used AI Credits — Total credits consumed.

• Last Balance Added — The date when AI credits were last added to your account.

Usage Summary

The Usage Summary provides a detailed breakdown of credit consumption for the selected time period. You can use the date filter to view usage for different periods, such as the last 6 months.

Usage is organized by: Date → Service → Activity → Item

For example, you can expand a date to see which services consumed credits, and then expand each service to see the specific activity or vendor/questionnaire involved.

TPRM Usage

TPRM-related activities may include:

• Mapped Controls — Credits used to map controls to a vendor.

• Control Testing — Credits used to test controls using available evidence.

• Questionnaire Generation — Credits used to generate questionnaires.

Questionnaire & AI Usage

The usage summary also shows credits consumed by questionnaire-related services, including activities performed through Ask Narad.
