Configure how Narad manages your documents and generates AI-powered responses. These settings allow you to customize response behavior based on your organization's requirements.

File Expiry

Set how long uploaded files remain valid after their last review. Choose between 3, 6, or 12 months.

Source Priority

Choose which document type Narad should prioritize when generating responses:

• Policies First — Prioritize policies and use artifacts when relevant information is not available.

• Artifacts First — Prioritize artifacts and use policies when relevant information is not available.

Detail Level

Control the level of detail in AI-generated responses:

• Specific — Concise responses focused on the key points.

• Explanatory — More detailed responses with additional context and explanation.

Review Restriction

Control whether generated responses can be downloaded or sent to artifacts without additional review:

• Unrestricted — Responses can be used without review restrictions.

• Restricted — Responses require review before they can be downloaded or sent to artifacts.

Persona

Choose the communication style and perspective Narad uses when generating responses. Select a persona based on the intended audience:

• Compliance Officer — Formal, audit-ready responses referencing policies, controls, and compliance standards.

• Technical Head — Technical responses focused on security architecture, infrastructure, and implementation.

• Executive Summary — Concise, high-level responses designed for senior management and decision-makers.

• Sales Representative — Clear, customer-friendly responses suitable for sales and vendor evaluations.
