Getting Started

Welcome to Narad, an AI-powered Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform that helps security and compliance teams manage vendors, assess risk, collect evidence, and automate security questionnaires.

Narad supports two key workflows:

1. Questionnaire Automation

Narad uses your policies, evidence, and security documents to generate accurate, reference-backed answers to questionnaire questions. It reduces manual effort, improve response accuracy, and respond to customer questionnaires faster.

For Questionnaire Automation, the first basic set up is Cabinet.

Steps to automate Infosec Questionnaire:

1. Upload all your policy documents, artifacts and evidence to Cabinet, so AI can read them

2. Upload your Questionnaire to Ask Narad, so AI can generate answers automatically from documents uploaded in Cabinet

2. Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)

Narad helps you profile vendors, identify relevant controls, collect evidence, and assess security risks based on each vendor’s risk profile. Reduce unnecessary questionnaires, streamline vendor assessments, and maintain a centralized view of your third-party risk.

For TPRM, first basic setup is Control Library

Steps to perform TPRM or Vendor Assessment:

1. Set up your Control Library.

2. There are default Controls available in Draft in the product. Either you can publish them and start using (OR) if you want you can import your own control library and publish them

3. Add a Vendor

4. Assign Controls to Vendor

5. Upload documents of Vendor such as SOC2, ISO report of vendor in its Documents section

6. Test the Controls against the uploaded Documents

7. If there are controls, for which there are not sufficient documents to test, send Questionnaire for such Controls

Only send Questionnaire to Vendor for Controls, where sufficient evidence is not available in the provided or fetched documents
